BRASELTON, Ga. (Sept. 7, 2020) – CarBahn Motorsports with Peregrine Racing earned crucial championship points at MICHELIN Raceway Road Atlanta capping the MICHELIN Endurance Challenge Weekend off with a fourth-place finish and reclaiming the championship lead.
Marking the halfway point in the season, the VP Racing Stay Coolant 240 saw a change of tide as the IMSA MICHELIN Pilot Challenge points battle shifted in favor of the No. 39 Audi R8 GT4 EVO. The four-hour endurance race provided CarBahn Motorsports with Peregrine Racing ample opportunity to showcase one of its most apparent strengths; strategy. Its’ strategy combined with flawless pit stops and the driver’s relentless racing technique presented the team with the opportunity to regain the lead in the championship by one point.
